4 CAST:  A Flash Flood Watch is posted from Tuesday morning through Wednesday evening in anticipation of additional moisture from Hurricane Odile.  Expect mostly cloudy to overcast skies with widely scattered t-showers.  Some of the storms may produce locally heavy rainfall which could flood streets.  Tuesday's high:  79.  Expect a continued chance of scattered t-showers and locally heavy rainfall on Wednesday with a high of 79.
