Experts are expecting 2013 to be more expensive than 2012. The United States Department of Agriculture expects meat, poultry and dairy prices to go up around four percent. The USDA says with a less grain available, grains like cereal could climb close to three percent. Also expected to rise this year are the costs of in-state tuition by nearly five percent and shipping costs by four to five percent at both UPS and Fedex. Health care premiums may rise by an estimated six percent.
