El Paso's new bishop outlined some of his goals for the Catholic Diocese of El Paso. Bishop Mark Seitz met with all of the Diocese's priests Thursday and told them his top priority is their spiritual well-being.

He also wants to strengthen the Diocese's safe environment program, which is aimed at preventing child abuse.

Other priorities include vocations, encouraging more men and women to consider the religious life.

Bishop Seitz also wants to make sure the Diocese stays in the black financially.
