EL PASO — The city has won a small battle over the new ballpark in the courts. A lawsuit filed by Jesus Ochoa seeks an injunction against the ballpark project. A Travis County judge agreed to consolidate his case with a bond validation action, which will decide if the city has the right to knock down city hall to put the Triple A ballpark in its place. This case will have an expedited decision. The next hearing is set for Monday.
