Two Doña Ana County residents were arrested Wednesday morning after Sheriff's Deputies allege they burglarized a home.

DASCO Deputies were dispatched to a burglary in progress in the 6400 block of Evon Lane on the East Mesa shortly after 10:00 a.m. Wednesday morning. When Deputies arrived, they were able to follow footprints from the residence to another home located in the 8900 block of Arroyo Lane, less than a mile away from the alleged burglary.

Deputies found Aracely Arcos, 26 and German Calderon Marioni, 28 at the address on Arroyo Ln. The two gave Deputies consent to search their home, where several items from the home on Evon Land were allegedly located.

Arcos and Marioni were arrested and booked into the Doña Ana County Detention Center on charges of burglary of a dwelling, conspiracy to commit a third-degree felony, tampering with evidence and criminal trespass. Their secured bonds were set at $10,000 each.
