JERUSALEM— Ever wanted to visit Judaism's holiest prayer site and post a prayer in the Wall? There's an app for that.

iPhone users can now use an application to send prayers from anywhere in the world to the Kotel. The app was launched by the Western Wall Heritage Foundation. The app allows users to email prayers to the Foundation, which will then print the prayers and place them in crevices in the wall.

It is tradition for Jews to write prayers on pieces of paper and stick them in the wall. The Western Wall is a remnant of the biblical Jewish temple.

The application also streams live video from the wall except on the Jewish Sabbath and Jewish holidays.
