New TSA Guidelines

Wednesday, June 20, 2012 - 4:54pm

EL PASO - New rules are in effect at all U.S. airports.  Children 12 and younger no longer have to take off their shoes at Transportation Security Administration (TSA) checkpoints.

Adult older than 75 years old also can keep their shoes on, while they go through security.

TSA officials say this should ease the strain on young families and seniors, as well as travelers waiting in long lines.
