The Federal Minimum Wage takes center stage today (Wednesday) in Washington. President Obama, fresh off his week-long trip to Asia, will push for an increase from seven-twenty-five to 10-dollars 10-cents.
Democrats appear to be making this an election-year issue, while conceding they probably don't have the votes. A long-shot procedural vote is scheduled in the Senate today. Republicans have come out against the measure.
