Finishing touches expected on the One World Trade Center Monday

Construction crews are getting ready to put the finishing touches on the One World Trade Center building. Workers will install the final two sections of a 408-foot spire Monday (today), making it the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere.

A stainless steel beacon will be the last piece put in place.It will give One World Trade Center the iconic height of 17-hundred-and-76 feet. 1776, is the year the U.S. declared independence from Britain.
