GECU unveils new El Paso Chihuahuas debit card

GECU has teamed up with the El Paso Chihuahuas to bring El Pasoans a piece of the game. GECU revealed a newly designed MasterCard® debit card Wednesday morning for all GECU members.

GECU is the official credit union if the Chihuahuas and is also the largest locally owned credit union. The debit card is a way for the community a fun opportunity to spread the Chihuahuas' cheer and show team spirit. The new debit card is now available for $5.00 at three GECU branches (7227 Viscount, 11987 Rojas or 5670 N. Mesa), or can be purchased online at mygecu.org or through the GECU call center at 778-9221.

GECU has more than 312,000 members in the community and say they are happy to support local organizations, large community events, and grassroots involvement.

El Paso Chihuahuas General Manager, Brad Taylor, stated "We are proud to work with a fun and creative group like GECU that has served so many El Pasoans for years and years."

GECU's President and CEO, Crystal Long, said "We are so excited to unveil the new debit card! The el Paso Chihuahuas will offer affordable family entertainment, community support of local charities, and a fascinating venue.
