Higher Concentration of Greenhouse Gases Lead to Higher Temps

Some scientists warned that there are more in the atmosphere right now, than ever before.

At its global meeting earlier this week, the world meteorological organization said the amount of carbon dioxide in the air last year was 40 percent higher than pre-industrial levels.

Human activities, like fossil fuel burning and tropical deforestation, are the main sources of CO2 (carbon dioxide) in the air. The effect? The planet will just keep getting warmer.
