Las Cruces, NM (KDBC) — The City of Las Cruces partners with the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to help low to moderate-income families update or remodel their homes creating a safer and healthier environment.
The funding comes in the form of zero interest loans and grants.
There are eligibility requirements applicants must meet.
Those who wish to be considered for the program must fill out a pre-application to help determine who is eligible.
