Lower Valley teens arrested on graffiti charges

Two teenas are charged for spraying graffiti in the Lower Valley.

Police said, 17 year old Julian Marin and a 15 year old boy were tagging the Carolina Recreational Center on Friday.

When El Paso Police Officers arrived, the two teens continued their spray paint attack and led police on a foot chase.

Police later arrested, Marin, on graffiti charges, evading arrrest or detention as well as two outstanding municipal warrants.

Marin was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility.

The juvenile has also been detained and his charges were referred to the Juvenile Probation Department.
