Man indicted for allegedly threatening to shoot President Obama

A former El Paso man has been indicted for allegedly threatening to shoot President Obama on Inauguration Day.

Authorities say William Mose Tucker told someone about his plans on September 1st of last year, that person then contacted federal authorities.

Tucker moved to Oklahoma shortly after the alleged threat and was arrested the day before the inauguration.

He admitted to authorities that he was part of a militia group while in El Paso.

He faces up to ten years in prison if convicted.
