Many college grads don't know how to conduct themselves in an interview

Many college graduates look for jobs once they're done with school, but they may be lacking one very important skill.

According to U.S.A. Today, lots of college grads are lacking interview skills.

It's even to the point where they take calls during interviews and even text on their phone.

Workforce Solutions offered some tips about how people should conduct themselves in an interview.

They say people should not be on their phones at all.

In fact, it's even better to just leave the phone in the car to avoid the distraction.

They also say that first impressions are very important.

Make sure you dress appropriately, make sure you make eye contact and have a firm handshake.
