A new list is out on jobs that have had the biggest pay raises over the past 30 years.

The list is based on a CNN analysis of numbers from the Bureau of Labor Statistics on 45 professions. Many of the professions with some of the largest jumps in pay are in the medical field, including doctors, pharmacists and registered nurse.

The median wage for a doctor in 1983 was about $26,000. In 2012, it was about $98,000, a more than 250-percent increase.

Other professions with some of the biggest jumps in pay include lawyers and members of the clergy.
