(CNN) — More than three-million vehicles are being recalled worldwide for defective airbags. Toyota, Honda, Nissan and Mazda models are all affected.
The airbags were supplied by the Takata Corporation -- a Japan-based supplier -- and could inflate improperly. A Toyota spokeswoman says five related incidents were reported, but there were no injuries. Honda says it was aware of one faulty airbag incident, but not of any injuries or deaths.
