If you've noticed full flights lately, you're right! According to the Department of Transportation, the total number of passengers for the first nine months of this year was up three-percent for most airlines and the good news is that passenger complaints have dropped - by fourteen-percent!
The biggest improvement came from a drop in complaints about reservation and ticketing problems. Out of the sixteen major airlines, Southwest had the lowest rate of complaints, while Frontier had the worst.
