NMSU will now have more food options

New Mexico State students, faculty, and staff will now have more food options.

Beginning Monday, Frenger Food Court's Mix Express will expand its hours to include breakfast starting at 7:30am.

Later in the month, two locally owned & operated restaurants, Dick's Café & Smokey Dick's BBQ, will come together in Frenger Food Court to offer food options from both menus.

Healthy options will also be available including a Chicken Caesar Salad and a grilled chicken breast sandwich with romaine, spinach, dried cranberries & dried apricots.

The new Panda Express located in the NMSU Auxiliary Services Building will hold a Grand Opening Celebration beginning at 10am on Sunday, April 7th.
