El Paso, TX (KDBC) — El Paso City Council set to talk about a trade agreement with Barcelona, Spain; possibility of adding a 'quiet zone' to Maple Street; expected to sign a services agreement with El Paso a Electric giving them $33,442 for solar programs for commercial buildings.
Mayor Leeser might sign an interlocal agreement with UTEP to conduct health research and make recommendations to improve health in under served populations, for this they will pay the university up to $300,000; and they'll be honoring El Paso Firefighters for the work they do with Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA).
