EL PASO — City Council today voted to approve specific projects as part of the Quality of Life bond passed by voters last November.
Almost every facet of El Paso's leisure time will enjoy the changes, from parks and libraries, to cultural centers and the city zoo.
At the zoo, several animal environments will be upgraded. A special events center will not only house zoo events but will be available for public rental. And the zoo will exhibit some first time residents, including the Kimono Dragon, the Red River Hog, and African Wild Dogs.
