KATWIJK, NETHERLANDS— Want to ride a super sleek “bus” that looks straight out of a sci-fi movie? Some people just may get that chance.

A former Dutch astronaut has helped develop a luxury bus that runs on electricity. The sleek “bus” resembles more like a limousine than a bus.

The vehicle was developed by the first Dutch astronaut and Delft University of Technology. It can seat up to 23 passengers, and can reach speeds of up to 155 m.p.h. The superbus made its public debut Monday in the Netherlands.

Developers planning on showing the vehicle at a fair in Dubai next month in hopes of building up interest from buyers.
