A high-tech navy destroyer, the U.S.S. McCain, is headed towards the Korean peninsula. U.S. officilas say they are prepared to intercept and shoot down a missile, should North Korea decide to fire one. Meanwhile, after weeks of hurling threats at the United States and its allies, North Korea announced plans Tuesday to restart a reactor at its main nuclear complex that it had agreed to shut down more than five years ago. North Korean nuclear weapons test now looks like it was more advanced than initially thought. Administration officials say there were almost no radioactive emissions which is an indication it was buried deep underground and shielded so the us would not figure out key details of the test.
