El Paso — Frigid temperatures, wet conditions, and snow flurries hit the Borderland Tuesday morning. Making the air colder and the roads slicker.
Before the sun came up, Mother Nature brought spurts of snow flurries and rain to El Paso.
We spoke with West El Pasoan JC Franco tells us he's used to the weather, but it doesn't mean he likes it.
"I prefer the Summer. But the Summer gets here and I can't wait for Winter to get here so I can't make up my mind," JC Franco told us.
Snow flurries sprinkled the Borderland causing temperatures to dip down to 35 degrees overnight. The high for Tuesday is expected to reach the mid 50s.
