EL PASO, Texas — Closing arguments start Thursday for day three of the trial for a soldier accused of murdering two fellow soldiers.
According to Tyrone Head, he wasn't the one who pulled the trigger, but police say it's his fault two other men were killed.
The shooting happened on January 15th, 2012... outside of Fussion Nightclub in central El Paso. Police said, Head started arguing with Craig Graham. Head allegedly grabbed a gun, and fired 10 shots into the air.
Graham shot back and hit Head in the torso and killed two 21-year old men nearby.
If the jury convicts Head, he faces 5 to 99 years in jail on each of the two murder charges.
