A historic building that once stoon on San Antonio Avenue, is no more.
The Union Bank and Trust Company building was demolished, Wednesday night.
It stood next to the James Hardin Building which caught fire last year.
Some residents, like Clay Baron, are still upset because he feels all the building needed was some remodeling and it should have been saved.
"I understand that it would have cost more to repair the building than to take it down but we're never going to get that part of history"
River Oaks Properties owned the building.
