EL PASO — El Paso scores high for Forbes analysts in the area of downtown revitalization.
The city came second, next to Denver, Colo. in a list of 15 for booming urban real estate, thanks to hundreds of millions in investments made since 2006. A large portion of the urban boost came from voters' approval of redevelopment bonds in 2012.
The magazine cited the anticipated Triple-A baseball stadium as a major player in the city's growth.
