(CNN) — The father who won last week's $338 million Powerball jackpot is forking over some of the winnings to pay back child support.
Pedro Quezada appeared in family court Monday in Paterson, New Jersey.
He paid $30,000 in back child support to the mother of three of his children.
Quezada also told the judge the children will now live with him.
Probation officials said the payment clears Quezada's record.
Quezada opted for a cash prize, so will take home about 152-million dollars after taxes.
