El Paso, TX (KDBC) — Two men died and two others were seriously injured in a car crash on Delta near San Marcial Saturday morning.
According to El Paso Police, a Ford F-150 and a Ford Escort speeding along Delta and were reportedly racing when the driver of the F-150 lost control, slid sideways then slammed into an electrical box and a cement pillar.
The driver of the truck died at the scene. He is only identified as a 20-year-old man, but his name has not been released. The passenger in the front seat died later at University Medical Center. He was 26 years old.
A 25-year-old man and a 33-year-old man who were sitting in the back seat were injured and taken to the hospital. All of the victims were riding in the pickup.
The driver of the Ford Escort did not stop. Investigator are searching for that driver.
