EL PASO — Two men were behind bars Wednesday facing charges of shooting and killing a teenager outside his West El Paso home.
George Diamos and Geoff Bond, both 21 are both facing capital murder charges. The pair allegedly shot and killed 18-year-old Saeed Nami Monday night next to Palo Verde Park in West El Paso.
Diamos was arrested last night at an apartment complex in Las Cruces. He's also facing a charge of battery on a police officer, for allegedly head butting an officer after his arrest.
Bond was apprehended on the 6100 block of Tejas in El Paso. Their mug shots are not being released.
Nami was facing drug charges when he was killed, and his mother believes the murder was related.
