Centennial, CO (CNN) — Monday brings another court hearing in the movie theater shootings in Aurora, Colorado, that left a dozen people dead.
James Holmes has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity to 166 charges, after he was accused of killing 12 people and injuring 58 others during a midnight screening of the Batman movie, "The Dark Knight Rises."
Monday's motions hearing will deal with issues related to reporter Jana Winter, who learned of and reported on a notebook that Holmes reportedly sent to his psychiatrist.
Holmes' defense contends that leaked information violated a gag order and have called for the officials responsible for the leak to be punished.
Winter is fighting a subpoena.
She could potentially face jail time if she refuses to release the names of her sources.
