Today (Monday), President Obama will address problems with the online roll-out of the Affordable Care Act.
Website glitches have plagued the application process since Health Care Exchanges opened this month. The President plans to reiterate his previous statements that he finds the technical problems "unacceptable." At the White House Rose Garden, he also plans to talk about the steps his administration has taken to fix those glitches.
Obama Administration Officials are also trying to highlight nearly half-a-million applications that have been filled out.
