The Oakland Raiders opened up a 21-7 lead on the Dallas Cowboys but then Dallas outscored the Raiders 24-3 to win the game.

Tony Romo was 23 of 32 for 225 yards and no interceptions.

Dallas is now two games above .500 for the first time this season.

Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett praised his team's work ethic leading up to today's game.

"The week of preparation leading up to a Thanksgiving Day game is critical. You just somehow someway gotta get your mind looking forward and just coming to work and our guys did that. Had a good day Monday and Tuesday cleaned it up a little yesterday and then I thought we played well enough to win today. There were a lot of good things in this game certainly things we gotta get better at but we did what we needed to do particularly after were down early on in the ball game," said Garrett.

The Cowboys now hold a half-game lead on Philadelphia. The Eagles host Arizona Sunday.
