Kelly to be next head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles

Chip Kelly has apparently changed his mind and is leaving Oregon for the NFL after all. Several reports have Kelly as the next head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles.

Kelly met with several NFL teams about open coaching jobs after notching a 12-1 season with the Ducks. In four years at the school, Kelly posted a 46-7 record, with four straight BCS bowl appearances and three conference titles.

The Eagles are hoping that kind of success will translate to the NFL level.

There is no word yet when the Eagles will introduce Kelly as their new head coach.
